- 2 Eggplant ( slice 1/2 )
- 3 Spoon of chilli paste
- 2 Cloves of shallots
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Large onion ( slice roundly )
- Tamarind extract
- salt sugar
- oil
How to make:-
Put the oil in heat and added shallots,garlic. Stir a bit,then addee chilli paste together with salt and sugar stir it until the oil separate. Later added large onion and stir it well and pour down the tamarind extract. simmer it until the oil separate and the eggplant is cook. Served it with rice...yummy!!!
Should try though hehehe it's spicy...but if you don't like too spicy you should reduce the chilli paste okay!!
