BLACK PEPPER BEEF

Ingredients:-

• 300grams Beef
• 1 capsicum
• 2 tablespoon of black pepper sauce
• 1 inch ginger
• 1 onion
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 1 spoonful of oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• palm sugar
• pinch of salt
• oil

How to make:-
Put the cooking oil to the frying pan and then put the beef and fried it for a while. When the beef is medium cook, put ginger and garlic together and stir for a while.
Then put oyster sauce together with the beef and stir for while before adding the black pepper sauce. Stir it for a while and added a palm sugar and a pinch of salt and stir to mix it and putting in the onion and lastly the capsicum anad stir it to mixed all the ingerdients. Cooked and served.

Apa-apa saja...di hari minggu ( Aimi B'day 7thNov )

Today like always nothing much to do.Just stay at home,luckly, my cousin were here 'lepaking' and also my lil cousin Aimi Birthday..Today her 14years old..I bet she not my lil cousin anymore he hehe...

Her sis also 'Lepaking' at home together with my other cousin Ela.. Then mi sister went out together with them to buy some bread..hehe eventually my sister buy a small cake for Birthday Girl Aimi..hehe it's ok even it's small...Later then my Amit came to the house and we his Babyfruits ask for treat like Pizza..hehe.So we order lah 2 large pizza.hehehe.Full our stomach today.
My mom and dad not at home,they went to my brother's house at Kilanas seeing their grandchildren Damien and Nadia. when they mother went to function about Her Royal Majesty giving 1k for whose baby born on the 7th oct 2009 till 7th oct 2010.lukily my babyfruit Nadia was born on the 5th Jun 2010..so Nadia was chosen to have that 1k from Her Majesty..hehehe lucky her..
So now just sitting down updating the blog and ehmm hahaha i don't know what else to write here. Hah!! about TVD series really can't wait for the next episode..i wonder what would happen to that Vampire that Damon had stack wood through his heart huh?? Are he gonna search for Elena? Or revenged for Damon cause stack him??can't really wait for up coming episode.. Look forward for that...
