Kek batik vico


Bahan-bahan:
450 gram mentega.
500 gram vico.
100 gram.
1 tin kecil susu manis.
2 biji telur.
sebungkus roti marie coklat.

Cara membuatnya:
Panaskan kuali, masukkan mentega, kacau sampai cair dengan api yang kecil.
Masukkan telur yang teluh dipukul.
Masukkan VICO, nestum dan susu, uar (gaul) dan kacau selama 10-20 minit.
Kemudian masukkan roti yang sudah dipatah-patahkan empat atau dua, kacau hingga rata.
Masukkan ke dalam acuan dan ratakan, kemudian masukkan dalam peti sejuk.

Tiramisu

  • 1 bungkus roti digestive (450gm)
  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 210gm susu manis
  • 500gm krim keju-philadelphia
  • 1 sudu mkn serbuk koko
  • 1 sudu mkn Milo
  • 1 sudu mkn Nescafe
  • Segelas air suam

Caranya:
Roti digestive dihancur2 kan disebuah mangkuk.dibekas yg lain,bacuh nescafe dengann air suam.
kemudian dituang arah adunan roti tadi.biarkan seketika.

Masukan krim keju dan putar hingga kembang.masukan susu manis dan putar lagi.masukan whipping cream dan putar hingga sebati dan sederhana cair.masukan adunan ini kedalam adunan roti tdi.lepais tu taburkan serbuk koko dan milo di atas adunan tadi.simpan didalaam ice box dalam masa 3 jam atau lebih untuk membekunya.boleh lah dihidang.

o 3 eggs
o 2/3 cup of white sugar
o ½ teaspoon of baking soda
o 3 tablespoons of water
o 1 cup of white flour - sifted
o ¾ pound of anko - sweet azuki beans
o Oil for frying
Directions to make Japanese dessert recipe - Dorayaki Cake:
o Put the eggs and the sugar into a bowl and whisk together well
o Dissolve the baking soda into the water
o Add the water into the egg mixture
o Add the sifted flour into the egg mixture gradually
o Heat a skillet or a hot plate and put a little bit of oil into it
o Pour a scoop of the batter into the skillet and form a small pancake
o Turn the pancake over in the pan when bubbles begin to form and appear of the surface of the cake
o Repeat this process to make 8 to 10 pancakes
o Cool the pancakes
o Put a scoop of the anko sweet beans between the pancakes
o This recipe makes about 4 to 5 dorayaki cakes
