The Vampire Diaries Season 2 Episode 9 Part 1

TVD ROCKS!!!

Just watched TVD...Fuuh!! It'd getting better and better... This episode called Katerina.. About katherine, about why she came back to Mystic Falls. Last episodde had mention about breaks the curse...that's why Claus the Original vampire wanted to seek revenge to katherine...because of double banger.
Elena wanted know the truth why the original wanted to kill her..after Rose told her the story about the double banger can break the curse. So, Elena tried herself to go to the tomb where katherine were locked, by the help her friend, Caroline.
When the tomb opened by Caroline, Elena asked Caroline to her with Katherine. So Elena asked Katherine about her past using the history of her family. Katherine told Elena that she did give birth but because of her family was religious family, her father force her to give away her baby.
In the year 1496, was the year Katherine meet up with Trevor ( the man that kiddnap Elena in episode 8 "Rose" ), when Katherine were hunted by Claus. Trevor tried to saved her by luring her to a cottage where she meet with Rose. At that time Rose is a Vampire, while katherine still a human.
Because of Katherine tried to runaway from claus cause claus wanted to scarifice her to break the curse. She also take the moonstone with her. Katherine tried to killed herself by cuts her wrist but Rose told her that would be useless cause Claus will find her no matter what happen. Rose give Katherine her blood and while Rose tried to persuade Trevor to gave up Katherine, Katherine had her own plan by hang herself to dead.
-Yawning-....feels sleepy already...now it's 0357am..ooppss it's morning already..he he he...I was lost track of time...it's ok!!

Puding Oreo

Bahan-bahannya:-

• 4 tin besar nestle cream
• 1 tin kecil susu manis
• 2 bungkus oreo
• 1 tin cocktail

Cara-caranya:-
campurkan dan gaulkan nestle cream dengan susu manis. Tuang dengan sudu besar lebih kurang 4 sudu ke dalam bekas sederhana besar, anggarkan untuk 3 lapis. Susun sebungkus oreo, tuang lagi cream, then susun lagi oreo, lastly tuang habis cream dan susun cocktail atasnya. Then simpan dalam ais box.

Kek batik vico

Bahan-bahan:
450 gram mentega.
500 gram vico.
100 gram.
1 tin kecil susu manis.
2 biji telur.
sebungkus roti marie coklat.

Cara membuatnya:
Panaskan kuali, masukkan mentega, kacau sampai cair dengan api yang kecil.
Masukkan telur yang teluh dipukul.
Masukkan VICO, nestum dan susu, uar (gaul) dan kacau selama 10-20 minit.
Kemudian masukkan roti yang sudah dipatah-patahkan empat atau dua, kacau hingga rata.
Masukkan ke dalam acuan dan ratakan, kemudian masukkan dalam peti sejuk.

Tiramisu

• 1 bungkus roti digestive (450gm)
• 500ml whipping cream
• 210gm susu manis
• 500gm krim keju-philadelphia
• 1 sudu mkn serbuk koko
• 1 sudu mkn Milo
• 1 sudu mkn Nescafe
• Segelas air suam

Caranya:
Roti digestive dihancur2 kan disebuah mangkuk.dibekas yg lain,bacuh nescafe dengann air suam.
kemudian dituang arah adunan roti tadi.biarkan seketika.

Masukan krim keju dan putar hingga kembang.masukan susu manis dan putar lagi.masukan whipping cream dan putar hingga sebati dan sederhana cair.masukan adunan ini kedalam adunan roti tdi.lepais tu taburkan serbuk koko dan milo di atas adunan tadi.simpan didalaam ice box dalam masa 3 jam atau lebih untuk membekunya.boleh lah dihidang.

Ingredients for Japanese dessert recipe - Dorayaki Cake:

o 3 eggs
o 2/3 cup of white sugar
o ½ teaspoon of baking soda
o 3 tablespoons of water
o 1 cup of white flour - sifted
o ¾ pound of anko - sweet azuki beans
o Oil for frying
Directions to make Japanese dessert recipe - Dorayaki Cake:
o Put the eggs and the sugar into a bowl and whisk together well
o Dissolve the baking soda into the water
o Add the water into the egg mixture
o Add the sifted flour into the egg mixture gradually
o Heat a skillet or a hot plate and put a little bit of oil into it
o Pour a scoop of the batter into the skillet and form a small pancake
o Turn the pancake over in the pan when bubbles begin to form and appear of the surface of the cake
o Repeat this process to make 8 to 10 pancakes
o Cool the pancakes
o Put a scoop of the anko sweet beans between the pancakes
o This recipe makes about 4 to 5 dorayaki cakes

What a night....

Today i woke up around 0730am,but i sleep again for a couple of minute. So i remember that my babyfruit were coming here today so i jumped from the bed (jump tia karang)..and washed up my face and brushed my teeth then went downstairs...Unfortunately, my maid told me that my babyfruits came in the afternoon. What!!!! Arrgghh!! If i knew that they coming late, haha i should again again. But what a heck!! I'm up already, so i sat down and asked my maid to make my breakfast. My breakfast was french fries with egg and ice lemon.
About tonight, my parents treats us to dinner. At first, they wanted to eat shabu-shabu..because they called the restaurant for reserved but there was no answer. So they change the place and reserved at Millienium at beribi gadong. So our reservation is at 1900pm. After arrived there we asked for buffet... Eat all you can. Hehehe...That was my maid first buffet. hehehe!!
I have lamb steak, potatoes with sour cream sauce, vegetables like brocolli, cauliflower and carrots. Desserts i have chesse cakes, muffins, caramels...yummy and fruits tarts.Not forget warm water.
Feel like to eat more unfortunately my stomach didn't fit...hehehe..Even the weather is not good,it's so cold because of the rain. Yup!! it's raining again tonight..it's the season...
